There are times when you receive such poor customer service that you feel compelled to write the manager of the business.  This is not such a time, in fact quite the opposite!

I started working with Patti in June by way of Lacey Fisher.  Lacey was recommended to me as a person who specialized in farm properties.  Since Lacey did not have a license to sell real estate in New Brunswick she teamed up with Patti.  I live in Texas so it was a bit of a challenge getting all parties on the same page.

From my first interaction Patti, I felt that she understood and sympathized with the fact that I was selling my family home of 39 years and that it would be emotionally difficult.  She also knew that I had put a lot of time and expense into the property and she was committed in not only finding buyers that would love my property but insured that I wasn't losing money. This I am sure, was no easy task.

Because I was in Texas, Patti went above and beyond to meet with repair people and  inspectors, organize showings and do many of the things I couldn't do. She was in contact with me regularly, always keeping me updated on any progress, be it nights or weekends. I couldn't have asked for better.

When you meet someone who truly has passion for what they do, it shows in every interaction.  Patti's easy going manner, great communication skills, knowledge and work ethic will prove successful for her and for ReMax.  I can assure you that when I buy another property I will use her and I am telling everyone I know that she is brilliant.
