Loving what I do!

Not everyone gets to have a job they love, truly love. I feel so fortunate to have found one.

This April 2021 marks my 8^th year in Real Estate, wow time flies!! Lots of learning has been done in those 8 years and I am excited as I look to the future.

Let me tell you a bit about me. I am an award winner with Re/Max earning the Executive award 5 years in a row, 2 years of the 100% club, and this year I have jumped to the next level, the Platinum club!! I credit my success to loving what I do and working hard for my clients. I’m a wife and a mom, 3 kids and some fur babies too! Hockey is a big part of our lives, as is spending time with family at our cottage and traveling!

I believe it is important to treat my customers just like I would want someone to treat my family; A seller should be well informed every step of the way. Selling your home is a big decision, it can be a very emotional time as we are leaving behind memories. It can also be very stressful as there are a lot of decisions that need to be made; how do I prepare my home? What is it going to cost me? How much is my home worth? How to buy a house if I still own one? What can I expect with a home inspection? And the list goes on.

Hiring a real estate professional will help you with all your questions and work through problems that may arise. If you are thinking of selling I offer a free, no commitment, comparative market analysis. A CMA, compares similar properties in your area, will tell you what has sold and what is currently for sale. The CMA is a good indicator of what your home would sell for. It doesn’t matter if you want to sell now, in a few months or in the next few years, I would be happy to talk with you about the process.

A buyer should also be well informed every step of the way. How much can I afford? Do I talk to the bank first or find my realtor? What is it going to cost me to buy a house? What is deed transfer tax? Do I need an inspection?
